In light of the continuously evolving Covid situation, this policy is in effect for Atlantic Voices Presents... A Christmas Ceilidh for Fiona Relief on Dec 13, 2022.

If Atlantic Voices must cancel the concert because of current public health guidelines, the decision will be made on or before Dec 8/22, and notice of the cancellation will immediately be posted on our website as well as shared via social media (Facebook and Twitter). Those who have reserved tickets via EventBrite will be notified automatically via that platform.





This refund policy was in effect for Atlantic Voices' October 30, 2022 concert, Weathering the Storms

There will be a "refund window" of two weeks (Oct 31/22 - Nov 15/22) during which a ticket holder may request a refund. There are 2 cases where a refund may be requested:

 

If a ticket holder is unwell and chooses not to attend the concert, they may return the ticket during the refund window and receive a full refund.

Alternatively, they may choose to hold the ticket and present it for admittance at the next concert.

 

If Atlantic Voices must cancel the concert because of current public health guidelines, the decision will be made on or before Oct 23/22, and notice of the cancellation will immediately be posted on our website as well as shared via social media (Facebook and Twitter).

 

In both cases, If a refund is desired, the ticket holder must request a refund during the refund window by returning the ticket to a choir member or by mailing it to:

Once the ticket has been returned, a refund will be issued in the same manner that payment was received.

No refunds will be issued without the return of a physical ticket. Refunds for tickets purchased through Eventbrite will be refunded through that platform if requested within 48 hours of the concert. Otherwise, the Treasurer will issue a cheque for the refund.
